The Boy Scouts of America now provides a significant portion of their training courses online.  Their site is http://olc.scouting.org and you can sign up and take any of the courses listed there for free!  Among the courses you are take are:

• Troop Committee Challenge
• and more...

Den Chiefs can also take an online introduction to what it means to be a Den Chief.

Some of the training requires you to create an account and login before taking it.  If possible, have your BSA ID # (the number at the bottom of your membership card) handy, as it will help track your records for training.  If you don't have one, don't worry.  You can still create an account and take the course and add your BSA ID # later.  Only registered leaders and adults will have a number assigned.
