                 Chili Cook Off 
          Saturday, November 25th
                                4-6 pm
            at Lamb of God Lutheran Church
            (1401 CrossTimbers Rd, Flower Mound)

RULES for the Chili Cook-Off:
1. Must have at least 10 servings
2. Give your chili a fun name!
3. It's recommended that units pre-cook at least the meat and onions, and it's fine to pre-cook the entire chili and reheat at the cook-off
4. Awards will be given for Judges Favorite, People's Choice, Most Unique and Best Name
5. Judge panel will consist of one representative from each Troop, and chilis will be tasted "blind"
6. No store bought chili!
7. Label chili as mild, medium, or hot
8. Chili must be cooked in a Dutch Oven
9. Bring Chili, Charcoal, Dutch Oven, Dutch Oven utensils
3:00-4:00 Units can arrive earlto start preparing coals and chili
4:00 Games begin
4:15 Chili Served to judges
4:30 Chili Open to all attendees
5:15 Ballots must be turned in
5:45 Winners announced
