Annual Awards and Banquet

Each year the Topsanah District holds an annual awards banquet to honor a few of its members.  Past recipients are listed here.

Please use the nomination form below for the district awards to be presented at the Annual District Dinner.  We have provided the form in multiple formats  The form should be used for all district awards. In most cases, one recipient will be named for each award. An exception is the District Award of Merit, where than can be a maximum of 2 recipients per year.

Committees will be formed to review the nominations.  The criteria for the nominations is listed here, broken down by award type. These committees are generally composed of past award winners. If you are interested in serving on one of the committees, please contact the District Advancement Chair. Also, if you would like to sponsor an award by providing $25.00 to offset the expense of preparing the award plaque, please contact the District Advancement Chair.
