1. Preside over all chapter meetings
2. Represent the chapter at all LECMs
3. Appear at all DRMs
4. Coordinate awards efforts
5. Provide reports to the LEC of Chapter Activities
6. Provide articles on chapter events to the Lodge Publications chairman

2. Collect all earnings and report them to the chapter
